Blue Rocks Park had its grand opening on June 29th of 1930. Originally created for the locals to gather, picnic in the grove and enjoy live music on saturday nights. Of course, the main attraction has always been the amazing boulder field. Blue Rocks remained a relatively local attraction with a few camping spots scattered throughout the park up until July of 1988, when the Wood Family discovered its natural beauty. Since then, Blue Rocks has grown in popularity; drawing visitors from both near and far. The campground now offers many acitivities for campers to enjoy; from the swimming pool, to the fishing pond, and the spacious childrens playground. And if thats not enough to keep campers occupied, the campground offers several miles of hiking trails. The trails include access to the Appalachian Trail, the Pulpit Rock Lookout, and the Pinnacle Point.

Blue Rocks is committed to helping families make memories that will last a lifetime by providing a fun and friendly environment; where families can discover and enjoy the gifts of Gods creation, in an atmosphere of kindness and respect for each other.
